Meet Our Founder
A sociologist and professor of business, Dr. Khonje’s research and teaching expertise include gender and development, diversity and inclusion, leadership studies, entrepreneurship, public-private partnerships (PPPs), and corporate social responsibility (CSR).
She founded ETK Leadership Solutions as a practical hub to provide leadership solutions to the gendered professional challenges individuals face, as identified in her empirical research.
