We are united by a common call to help others recognize their capacity to lead and impact the world, by making use of their unique gifts and skill sets. 

For us ETK Leadership Solutions is a special place where we get to marshal our hidden talents to serve others. 

DR.ELLY

Dr. Eleanor T. Khonje, Ph.D. is a professor and sociologist of gender in global governance working at the intersection of gender, leadership, and empowerment. She is an experienced entrepreneur, leadership strategist, speaker, and coach and is the founder and CEO of ETK Leadership Solutions.  Dr. Khonje is a professor at the Business School Lausanne where she teaches courses on personal branding, international business etiquette, gender, diversity and inclusion, entrepreneurship, and social entrepreneurship. She is an alumna of The University of Texas at Arlington where she completed her bachelor’s degree in Political Science, with minors in English and Communications, The Geneva Graduate Institute where she obtained her master’s degree in Development Studies, and the University of Lausanne where she completed her doctorate in Social Sciences. Dr. Khonje is passionate about motivating leaders to unleash their full potential, and walk authentically in the totality of whom they were meant and dare to be.

CHRIS

Christopher Agbajogu joined ETK Leadership solutions in 2022 as our Creative Director. A Biochemist and Biomedical researcher, he holds a Masters degree in Global Health from the University of Geneva.

His multifaceted experiences in life sciences and international global health, comes with a passion for the arts and leadership. Chris is a self-taught portrait photographer, videographer, graphic designer, and producer. A highlight of his professional career was getting the chance to combine his creative passions with his knowledge and expertise in global health ; directing the creative team of a Nigerian NGO, Chris contributed to the implementation of a project on youth engagement and HIV/AIDS awareness. Chris enjoys developing communication tools, assets, and strategies. He does so voluntarily for various initiatives in Ghana, Sweden and Switzerland.

MABEL

Mabel Blankson is our Communications and Operations Assistant at ETK Leadership Solutions. Working behind the scenes, she is our point of contact for the public and is instrumental in executing our administrative activities .

In Ghana, where she is based, Mabel organizes retreats to enhance the spiritual development of women and promote rest in a fast-paced world.

Mabel holds a B.A in Communications Studies from the Ghana Institute of Journalism where she majored in Journalism. 

DOROTHY

Dorothy Kamenda is a human resource and business administration professional. She is also a certified researcher under the National Health Research Authority (NHRA) and an affiliate member of Zambia institute of Human Resource Management (ZIRHM). Dorothy’s area of expertise is in smooth operations. She is great at analyzing and assessing how businesses can improve their operations. Aspiring to refine her written and visual communication skills, at ETK Leadership Solutions she assists with content production on our social media platforms and the ETK blog.
