| Meet Our Founder |
A professor of sociology and business, Dr. Khonje’s research and teaching expertise include gender and development, diversity and inclusion, leadership studies, entrepreneurship, public-private partnerships (PPPs), and corporate social responsibility (CSR). She founded ETK Leadership Solutions as a practical hub to provide leadership solutions to the gendered professional challenges individuals face, as identified in her empirical research.

The ETK Foundation
A Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) arm of ETK Leadership Solutions, the ETK Foundation is committed to building leaders in economically developing countries, and underrepresented communities in the diaspora. Through the Foundation we provide international standard leadership workshops, trainings and courses to those who otherwise could not afford it. We also offer workshops on entrepreneurship and business training to individuals seeking to build their lives from very little.
